ALL AUCTION BIDS ON PLAYHOUSE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Other Terms and Conditions of auction will be given to all bidders. The successful bidder with respect to each Playhouse, upon receiving notice from the auctioneer that the bidder is the successful bidder, shall promptly during the auction proceeding and before the auction is finally closed: (A) execute and submit to Home Builders Care the Bidder Confirmation Form; (B) pay to Home Builders Care, by Visa, MasterCard, cashier's check, certified check, or personal check (with proper identification), an amount equal to the amount of the successful bid for such Playhouse; and (C) execute a letter of agreement which among other things, exonerates Home Builders Care and others as to liability for various matters pertaining to the use and condition of the Playhouse. Satisfaction of these three conditions (A), (B), and (C) is a condition precedent to all obligations of Home Builders Care to the bidder.

Purchase & Delivery

Included in the bid price is Playhouse curbside delivery only, within a 15-mile radius of the Desert Ridge Marketplace. Also included is a consultation, if desired, from the builder of your Playhouse or a suggested moving company on delivery and installation issues. For delivery beyond the 15 miles, an estimate will be given to the purchaser from our delivery company on trucking fees, or you may procure your own vendor entirely at your expense. After delivery of your Playhouse to curbside, installation by crane and/or forklift is an additional fee that is the sole responsibility of the Playhouse owner. Playhouses cannot be installed without a forklift and/or crane. Delivery and installation costs may include: trucking fees, crane services, forklift services, permit fees and/or city fees. The purchaser is solely responsible for any Homeowner Association approvals.

All Playhouses must be removed from Desert Ridge Marketplace by 5:00 pm on November 17, 2004. A specific schedule for sequential removal beginning November 15th will be available at the Dinner & Auction. If you cannot have the Playhouse moved to your home or other final destination by November 17th, we reserve the right to move and store it at our designated location at your expense, but storage fees and delivery from the storage location are entirely at the purchaser's expense.
